Richard Carter
Transitional Pastor
Dick is an Intentional Interim Pastor who has been in ministry in one form or another since 1974, and has been credentialed with the CCCC since 1985. He is a native of Quincy, holds a B.A. from UMass, Amherst, an M. Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and also a Doctorate from Gordon-Conwell in the area of Spiritual Awakening, Revival, and Social Reform. Dick and his wife Patton have three (almost) grown children and now make their home in Ashland, NH.
Mike Manske
Associate Pastor for Youth
Mike started attending Medway Community Church in February 1990, making a commitment to Christ that turned his life in a new direction.
After investing 14 years in his career in computer technologies, Mike
accepted the call to serve as youth pastor for Medway Community Church
in 1999, and has since obtained his MA in Christian Education from
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Over the years, Mike has staffed
or led over 15 short-term missions trips for youth.
Raised in upstate New York, Mike also holds a BA in Computer Science
from SUNY @ Potsdam. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Medway with their daughters, Sarah and Carly. Mike loves to coach baseball and basketball and is a fan
of both the Red Sox and the Miami Dolphins.

Carl Schultz
Interim Pastor of Shepherding and Administration
Carl has been a member of Medway Community Church since 1993 and joined the pastoral staff in October 2008. Carl graduated from Houghton College with a double major in Bible and Christian Education. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity program at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Carl’s father served as Senior Pastor of the church from 1967-1971.
Carl and his wife, Jean, live with their children Carl Jr. and Annika in Uxbridge.

Bridget Greenwald
Women's Associate
Bridget received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 1997 and has been working as a therapist for a few years. She has ministered in the church as Sunday School Teacher/Superintendent, Medway Christian Playgroup Director, WOW leader, high school youth leader and she is currently leading a Bible study for the Jr. High girls. She loves working with women and has a desire to disciple women into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. Bridget has been married to Scott for 17 years and has two children, Victoria and Laura.

Linda Rapciak
Interim Director of Music
Linda has enjoyed being a part of church music ministries for over 40 years. She began her role as Interim Music Director at the Medway Community Church in October of 2009.
Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Masters degree in Music Education. Linda lives in Norfolk with her daughter Aislynn and their two dogs, Murphy and Sullivan. She is currently in her 23rd year of teaching music at The Meadowbrook School. Linda enjoys singing with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, volunteering at The Abundant Table (a weekly meal program for those in need), cross-stitching, knitting and spending time with friends. Linda also LOVES high school and college basketball.
Donna Henry
Associate Director of Music
Donna has been a member of Medway Community Church since 1981 and became Associate Director of Music in 2001. Donna directs the Children’s choir, Young Voices of Joy and the Brio Chime groups and serves as music teacher for the four-year-old classes at Little Lambs Nursery School.
Donna is a member of the Dolce Ringers bell choir as well as a soloist.
A registered nurse, Donna specializes in high-tech pediatric home care. In her free time, she enjoys reading and crocheting, particularly making blankets for Newborns in Need, a charity whose goal is to warm premature babies.
Jo-Anne Platt
Office Manager
Jo-Anne began attending Medway Community Church when she moved
to Medway in 1992. Born and raised in Franklin, MA,
Jo-Anne obtained
a BS in Accounting from Bryant College. After college, she married her husband, Geoff, and worked as a cost accountant for the Foxboro Company
in Foxboro, MA before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her daughter,
Jen and son, Greg. Jo-Anne loves to knit, crochet, sew and scrapbook.

Mike and Denise Zinck
Custodians
Mike and Denise Zinck are the husband and wife team who take
much pride in keeping our buildings clean. Mike is a master electrician and
Denise a school bus driver. They have three daughters.
