Canada Ministry:
Matthew Gibbins works for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship(IVCF) Canada.  His role is primarily to help coordinate the Urbana conferences through the Canada office.  He helps behind the scenes by traveling to many college campuses across Canada speaking about Urbana, following up with those in attendance with questions and concerns, helps in coordinating speakers and aides in encouraging other students into the mission field as the Lord calls them.  His wife Rachel, raised in our church from a young age, helps Matthew with the day to day business as well as working with a missionary church in the Toronto area.  Both of them reside in the Toronto, Ontario area in Canada.
